Shaped using traditional bronze dies, this pasta develops a subtly textured surface that gently clings to sauce and is made from 100% premium durum wheat by a family‑owned producer established in 1930 in Corato, Puglia region in Southern Italy. 

Angel Hair Pasta, also known as capellini, is characterised by its fine, elegant strands, designed for light, refined sauces. 

HOW TO USE

• Cook on the hob for 3 - 5 min or until al dente.
• Serve with delicate, creamy sauces or seafood - based sauces.
