Our pasta is crafted from 100% premium durum wheat semolina, sourced from Puglia, Italy’s leading region, delivering consistent quality and ensuring a perfectly firm, authentic al dente bite every time.
HOW TO USE
- Cook in salted boiling water for 8 - 10 mins or until al dente
- This small shell shaped pasta lends itself to both smooth and chunky sauces.
- Make butter or olive oil sauce with a selection of herbs and spices and toss the pasta through it. Top with grated Parmiagiano Reggione and serve.
- Can also be enjoyed with a smooth tomato-based sauce, top with Parmiagiano Reggione and garnish with fresh basil.
