Our pasta is made from 100% durum wheat semolina. Sourced form Puglia, Italy's top durum wheat region. Ensuring the perfect "al dente" bite in every dish.
Our Orzo pasta or 'rice grain shaped pasta' is made to a traditional and authentic Italian recipe and made with 100% durum wheat.
HOW TO USE
- Cook on hob in salted boiling water for 8 min or until al dente.
- Orzo is ideally used for risotto and in salads.
- Replace rice with orzo in rice salads.
- Traditionally added to soups.
- Recipes with heavy cream sauce or meaty sauces will also work with Orzo.
