Made from 100% premium durum wheat semolina, it is crafted in Corato, in Italy’s Puglia region—renowned for producing the country’s finest durum wheat—by the Mastromauro family, who have been creating authentic pasta with care and passion since 1967, using time-honoured methods passed down through generations
Our egg tagliatelle is made with durum wheat and free‑range eggs, creating a rich, golden pasta with a delicate, tender bite.
HOW TO USE
- Cook on the hob for 4 - 6 min or until al dente.
- Serve with a rich buttery sauce such as a carbonara or a chunky sauce.
