Our Penne pasta, crafted in Italy's Apulian region from 100% durum wheat, is bronze die extruded. This traditional method creates a uniquely rough texture, allowing the pasta to expertly capture and hold more sauce for an intensely flavorful experience in every bite.
HOW TO USE
- Boil 1 litre of water per 100g of pasta. Add a pinch of salt.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until al dente. D
- rain and toss with your favourite sauce.
