Shaped using traditional bronze dies, this pasta develops a subtly textured surface that gently clings to sauce for a fuller flavour. Made from 100% premium durum wheat semolina, it is crafted in Corato, in Italy’s Puglia region—renowned for producing the country’s finest durum wheat—by the Mastromauro family, who have been creating authentic pasta with care and passion since 1967, using time-honoured methods passed down through generations.
Our Fusilli pasta from Italy's Apulian region is 100% durum wheat, bronze-die extruded for a rough texture. This grips more sauce, enhancing flavour.
