Mafaldine Pasta is a ruffled ribbon‑shaped pasta, prized for its ability to hold sauce within its folds.
HOW TO USE
- Cook in boiling salted water for 7 min or until al dente.
- Ideal with delicate creamy sauces or chunky pestos. Finish with fresh herbs and finely grated Italian cheese.
- Serve with cream-based sauces or chunky ragus.
