Our Tricolore pasta is made using durum wheat from Puglia, the top durum wheat-producing region in Italy. Naturally coloured with fruit and vegetable powders. It is bronze-die extruded for a rough texture, giving making it easier to grip more sauce for a fuller flavour.

HOW TO USE

• Serve hot with a creamy sauce or cold for a refreshing pasta salad. Buon Appetito!
