Our sosatie lamb sausage is made of Cape Malay spices & dried apricots.
These artisinal sausages are made with freshly coarse ground lamb. They are produced in smaller batches to ensure higher quality. Our lamb has the right combination of flavour, texture and percentage of fat.
HOW TO USE

- Serve with potato salad made with pink fir potatoes, mayonnaise, sliced spring onion, finely chopped gherkins and chopped parsley.
