HOW TO USE 

• Shake the bottle well before each use to blend the two phases into one fresh and hydrating milky solution. 
• Wet a cotton pad with it, then gently wipe makeup from the eyelids. 
• Hold the moistened cotton pad on the eyelashes for a few seconds before wiping, starting at the root. 
• Use another cotton pad for the lips, and then for the remainder of the face.
