- 6 curry leaves
- 1 T ghee
- naan bread toasted, to serve
- chopped coriander, to serve
- chopped chilli, to serve

- Garlic Cheese Naan
- Naan
- 30 g Coriander
- Onion chilli crunch

Cooking Instructions
1. While heating the soup, melt the ghee in a pan with the curry leaves.
2. Scatter over the soup with the ghee.
3. Garnish with chilli and coriander and serve with naan bread.
Cook’s note: serve the soup spooned over a baked potato and add a poached egg.
