Our Cape Malay Curry Cook-in-Sauce is a mildly spiced, fruity Cape Malay curry sauce. Serve with caramelised onion, fresh tomato and onion sambal, coriander yoghurt and your favourite chutney.

• Use to make biryani or to marinate lamb or chicken strips, or serve in a roti.
• Just add chicken livers, prawns, fish or beef
