Blue Elephant Thai Green Curry Sauce is ready to heat and infused with Thai eggplants, sweet basil and fragrant Thai lime leaves for an authentic Thai experience. Simply add the protein of your choice, and extra vegetables if you wish, to enjoy a rich, creamy coconut green curry for two in just five minutes.


 

HOW TO USE

  • Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated. 
  • Serves 2
  • Ready in 5 minutes
  • In a saucepan, add 1 pouch (200 g) of curry sauce. Bring to a boil.
  • Add sliced chicken breast (200 g) or any protein of your choice (and more vegetables if you wish). Simmer until protein is cooked through.
  • Best served with Thai Jasmine rice.
