HOW TO USE

• Brush thoroughly with a Colgate® toothbrush, at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist.
• Children of 6 years and younger: use a pea sized amount for supervised brushing to minimize swallowing.
• Spit and rinse thoroughly after brushing
