Toki® by Suntory is a blend of single malt and grain whisky from three distilleries: Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita. On the nose you can expect soft orchard fruits and thyme honey with peppermint in the backdrop. The palate leans more toward green apple along with bright citrus notes from pink grapefruit while bitter herbs, toasted almonds and vanilla oak linger underneath. White pepper and ginger add spice to the finish.

ABOUT

The House of Suntory® was founded in 1899 by Shinjiro Torii, who wanted to craft a Japanese spirit that suits the palate of all Japanese. With a culture that is rich in its reverence for nature. The House of Suntory® uses Mizunara (Japanese Oak) to create the casks that are used to distil the more than one hundred types of malt whisky, while the aging process is enriched by the fluctuating temperatures and changes in humidity of the seasons.
