Shortbread is a traditional Scottish biscuit usually made from sugar, butter and flour.  Our Lemon Flavoured, all butter Shortbread is made by one of Cape Town's oldest bakeries and has the most delicious melt-in-your-mouth texture. it has a light golden brown colour, and an irresistibly sweet, caramelised, and buttery flavour, infused with the taste of lemon. It is then dipped in yoghurt to provide a luxurious biscuit perfect for a tea time indulgence.
