Our individually wrapped freshly frozen hake fillets are wild caught, skinless & deboned. While every effort is made to remove all the bones, some small bones may remain.

HOW TO USE

• Pan fry or oven bake for 8-10 minutes
• For a quick and hearty meal, brown the fish on both sides in a little oil. Add a tomato and herb sauce and simmer until cooked through. Finish with a dollop of cream for extra richness, and fresh basil for added flavour. Serve with rice and vegetables.
