Instant oats are the most convenient form because they have been cooked for the longest and flaked thinner during processes than any of the other oat variants. Made with whole rain oats. 

HOW TO USE

• Pour the contents of the sachet into a bowl. Mix with 180 ml of boiling water. (Varies according to your preferred consistency)
• Stir well until blended and creamy. Leave to rest for 2 - 3 minutes. Add milk if desired. 
• Serve with milk, a squeeze of honey or maple syrup and your favourite combination of fresh fruit and nuts. 
• Store in a cool dry place.
