Layers and layers of thinly sliced potatoes, stacked together and slowly baked in rich butter before being cut into slabs and fried to golden crispy perfection.

Our crispy potato stacks are a labour of love, taking 15 hours to make. Thinly sliced potatoes are layered with butter and gently cooked to perfection resulting in a rich buttery flavour and unique texture that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

HOW TO USE

• Air fry for 8-10 minutes
• Oven roast for 10-15 minutes
• Top with garlic aioli and Woolworths pickled onions.
