Our Organic Coconut Cream is made from the first pressing of coconut flesh and has a delicious creamy and nutty flavour. Produced from organically grown coconuts in Thailand, the fruits are harvested at 12 months when fully matured and ripe.
HOW TO USE
- Adds richness and a depth of flavour to soups, coconut rice, curries, stews, and creamy sauces.
- As a sweet application, it can be added to sticky mango rice, chocolate mousse, coconut custard, milkshakes, and ice cream.
- To use as a dairy free alternative to whipped cream, refrigerate the can overnight, decant ad mix with a high speed mixer until fluffy. Add in 1 tablespoon icing sugar and vanilla extract to sweeten.
- It is the nature of the product to separate or solidify while standing. Solids will liquefy upon stirring and heating or cooking. Shake well before use.
- Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, decant into a lidded non-metallic container and refrigerate. Use within 3 days of opening.
