Our ready to eat anchovy paste is made with sunflower oil and anchovy (Engraulis encrasicolus). Anchovy paste is known to add depth to many dishes and dressings with it Umami and slight tangy flavour.
HOW TO USE
- Use it to enhance your hearty soups and stews in winter. In summer, add a teaspoon of the paste to your vinaigrettes, tomato sauces or as an ingredient in your meat rubs for your braai.
