This limited edition Cherry and Brandy Glaze is perfect with turkey, gammon, and most roasts and can also be served with vanilla ice cream or as a topping on a baked cheesecake. This glaze is handmade in small batches on the mountain tops of Piket-Bo-Berg in the Western Cape.
