The Cherry and Brandy Boozy Sauce is a limited edition treat that combines the sweetness of cherries with the warmth of brandy, creating a unique and delicious flavour. This boozy sauce is handmade in small batches on the mountain tops of Piket-Bo-Berg in the Western Cape.

HOW TO USE

• Enjoy with roast beef and duck.
• Use as a topping on vanilla ice cream or swirl in plain yoghurt to be served with decadent chocolate brownies.
