Our Jerusalem Artichokes has a sweet, nutty and earthy flavour.

Jerusalem artichokes are a variety of sunflower with an edible root. They look like ginger and taste like a cross between an artichoke and a potato. Leaving the skin on adds to a stronger, earthier flavour.

• Ideal roasted, air fried or puréed.
