HOW TO USE

• Drizzle generously over grilled chicken, pork, or fish for an instant flavour boost. 
• A vibrant addition to salads, roasted vegetables, or as a sophisticated dipping sauce.
• Use as a dressing or as a marinade with red meats, pork, game, dark fish (tuna, swordfish) and duck. 
• Drizzle over cooked meats, on salads, steamed and roasted vegetables.
• Use as a dipping sauce with olive oil. May also be used on ice cream and with fresh cut fruit.
