This Sauvignon Blanc is farmed without the use of irrigation on the cool slopes of Cape Town and has concentrated aromas of citrus and gooseberries on the nose. On the palate, excellent natural acidity creates balance, a fine structure and a pleasant mouth-filling texture with a clean finish.
