Rice Paper Rolls are also known as summer rolls or VIetnamese spring rolls. Traditionally rice paper wrappers are filled with shredded prok, chicken or prawns as a base, with vermicelli noodles and finely sliced vegetables including carrots, cucumber and cabbage.

• Use these Vietnamese style rice paper sheets for wrapping a spring roll starter or snack.
