Rice Paper Rolls are also known as summer rolls or Vietnamese spring rolls. Traditionally rice paper wrappers are filled with shredded pork, chicken or prawns as a base, with vermicelli noodles and finely sliced vegetables including carrots, cucumber and cabbage.
