The coriander plant is ideally used in cooking Indian, Mexican and Thai inspired dishes. Its leaves and stems can be chopped up for flavour or used whole as a garnish.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Coriander should be kept on a sunny windowsill.
• In summer, it needs to be watered almost every second to third day.
• Harvest leaves regularly by cutting with a small scissor to promote growth.
