Instant oats are the most convenient form of oats because they have been cooked for the longest and flaked thinner during processing than any of the other variants. To prepare instant oats, only requires the addition of boiling water.

HOW TO USE

• Add boiling water, milk, a squeeze of honey and your favourite toppings.
• Add some vanilla extract and cinnamon to the oats during cooking, serve with milk, a squeeze of honey or maple syrup, and your favourite combination of fresh fruit and nuts.
