Our Rogan Josh Cook-in-Sauce is a savoury tomato curry with intense spices, roasted coriander and fennel. The rogan josh is a fiery curry of Kashmiri origin, traditionally cooked for weary travellers in the chilly Himalayan climate. It is known for its bold red colour and spicy sauce. 

HOW TO USE

• Just add lamb or beef. add aubergine in place of lamb for a vegetarian option.
• Serve with basmati rice or naan and poppadums and any pickles and chutneys.
