Made from 100% premium durum wheat semolina, it is crafted in Corato, in Italy’s Puglia region—renowned for producing the country’s finest durum wheat—by the Mastromauro family, who have been creating authentic pasta with care and passion since 1967, using time-honoured methods passed down through generations.

Angel Hair Pasta, also known as capellini, is characterised by its fine, elegant strands, designed for light, refined sauces. 

HOW TO USE

• Cook on the hob for 3 - 5 min or until al dente.
