This Roasted Vegetable Pasta Sauce is made with chunky cut roasted carrots, red and yellow peppers, aubergines and baby marrows, inspired by Italy and made locally. 

HOW TO USE

• Heating Instructions: microwave for 3 minutes; simmer till heated through and pour over pasta.
• Store in a cool dry place and refrigerate once opened and use within 4 days.
