HOW TO USE

• Pronutro can be made into a hearty porridge, or a smoothie.
• for a delicious bowl of ProNutro, simply add 175 ml of your favourite milk to 50 g of cereal. 
• For a smooth lump free mix, add all the milk at the same time and whisk until fully combined.
• Let it sit for 2 minutes to thicken give it a final stir and enjoy. 
• 1 serving is approximately 5 tablespoons (50 g)
