This four grape Balsamic Vinegar of Modena has a high density which means it contains 50 % grape must. This high percentage of grape must, along with its maturation in wooden barrels, gives this vinegar a distinctly dark colour and a smooth, gentle taste.

• Splash over salads, drizzle over grilled vegetables and serve with olive oil for dipping bread.
