Orange Méditerranée is a lively blend of Italian citruses, where vibrant and fresh bitter orange blends with sparkling cedrat to paint the sun-drenched citrus groves in their golden splendor. Delicate aromatic notes of fennel and tea accord, evoking the fresh sea breeze rustling through the green leaves, ennobles the compositon with a distinctive bitterness echoing the citrus radiant freshness. 

Hand-harvested in cold winter, where their refreshing essence is at its peak, our Italian bitter oranges are extracted trough traditional method. Then purified trough molecular distillation to create a "coeur d'essence" to capture the complex nature and its balance between freshness and bitterness.
