The Oban 14 year old malt is sweet with spice and a smoky dryness. On the nose you’ll get hints of almond fruit cake, malt cereal, and aromatic orange. The finish starts off sweet then dries out for a dark chocolatey and smokey character.

ABOUT

The Oban Distillery is one of the smallest distilleries in Scotland and was established in 1794. After it was established, harbour walls were erected and the distillery is now 208 steps away from the sea which enriches the flavour of the whisky they produce using the same process they have been using for over 200 years. Oban uses two copper stills and a worm tub to draw out impurities in the whisky.
