This has been slow cooked in flavoured duck fat at a low temperature, for long hours to ensure optimal flavour and extra tenderness resulting in meat falling off the bone.

HOW TO USE

• Oven roast for 30 minutes.
• Serve with Spanish style rice, chargrilled Tenderstem broccoli and toasted almonds.
