We carefully trim our beef fillet and guarantee it's tender, succulent and full of flavour. 

HOW TO USE

• Preheat oven and remove all packaging. Start with room temperature meat and a hot pan. Oil and season the fillet, then seal on all sides in a hot griddle pan. Transfer to a roasting pan, place in preheated oven, and roast according to your preference. To retain succulence, rest the fillet for 10 minutes before slicing.
• Cooking times: 
• Rare - 10 minutes per 500 g once sealed
• Medium - 12 - 13 minutes per 500 g once sealed
• Well done - 15 - 20 minutes per 500 g once sealed
