Our Bocconcini Mozzarella Cheese is made to a traditional recipe where the curds are spun and cut. A soft and creamy, mild and milky mozzarella ball.

HOW TO USE

• Use to make a classic Italian Caprese salad. Toss halved Rosa tomatoes, bocconcini balls, fresh basil and toasted pine nuts together. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil and serve. Toss with roasted vegetables and fresh basil pesto and serve with freshly cooked pasta.
