Our Oak Smoked Salmon Ribbons is traditionally cured in salt and brown sugar. Gently oak smoked to enhance the unique flavour before being expertly ribbon sliced by hand.

Norwegian salmon raised in the icy clear waters of the Norwegian fjords is hand cured and slowly smoked over oak sawdust to seal in the exquisite taste, delicate texture and rich colour. Always fresh, or Norwegian salmon has never been frozen, that's our difference. Once matured, our fillets are expertly trimmed and hand sliced.

HOW TO USE

• To ensure you enjoy the delicious flavour of our smoked Norwegian salmon, remove it from the sealed pouch at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve at room temperature for optimum flavour. Delicious with a squeeze of lemon, crushed black pepper and a handful of capers.
