Our traditional lamb sausage uses frsh free range lamb meat and is coarsely ground to make the perfect sausage.

HOW TO USE

• Braai: Place the sausage on a braai grid over medium coals. Braai for 10 - 15 minutes until browned and cooked through. Turn frequently.
• Pan-fry: Heat 10ml oil in a pan on medium heat. Pan-fry the sausage for 10 - 15 minutes until browned and cooked through. Turn frequently.
