Shaped using traditional bronze dies, this pasta develops a subtly textured surface that gently clings to sauce for a fuller flavour. Made from 100% premium durum wheat semolina, it is crafted in Corato, in Italy’s Puglia region—renowned for producing the country’s finest durum wheat—by the Mastromauro family, who have been creating authentic pasta with care and passion since 1967, using time-honoured methods passed down through generations

The lightly textured surface of Penne works with its angled ends and hollow centre to help sauce cling both inside and out, creating well‑balanced bites with even flavour

 

HOW TO USE

  • Boil 1 litre of water per 100 g of pasta. Add a pinch of salt. 
  • Cook for 16-8 minutes or until al dente. 
  • Drain and toss with your favourite sauce such as arrabiatta or a meaty sauce. 
  • Ideal for tomato‑based, creamy, and baked dishes.
