The Earth and Sky is a white blend of Chenin Blanc, Viognier, Roussanne and Verdelho, all handpicked and carefully blended to create a wine with a nose that reveals a mélange of stone-fruit flavours (white nectarine, dessert peach and apricot) followed by delicate floral notes and a subtle oak influence. The palate is full-bodied and balanced with a lingering, layered fruit complexity and a fresh mineral finish.
