Chermoula is a North African marinade and condiment that contains herbs like parsley, cilantro, or mint, and spices like cumin and paprika, garlic. Ideal flavours to complement lamb, chicken, beef and pork.
HOW TO USE
- Use as a dukkah or sprinkle the blend over meats and vegetables before grilling or roasting.
- Use as a rub on meats, chicken or pork.
- Add olive oil and lemon juice to make a paste and marinate.
