These Halkidiki olives, hand-picked in Northern Greece, are generously stuffed with red peppers. Cured in a delicate brine, their buttery texture and mild flavour are perfectly complemented by the sweet pimento.

HOW TO USE

• Ideal for antipasto or salads.
• Add to a salad or as part of a mezé platter, with peppers stuffed with cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, dips and pickled vegetables.
