HOW TO USE

• The Smokehouse BBQ Spice: Ideal for meat , poultry and seafood. Season an oiled cut of steak, or poultry , generously with the seasoning provided about 30 minutes before your braai. Add more while it cooks and enjoy once it is finished. 
• The Louisiana Cajun Rub: This Southern-style spice blend is a versatile mix for any choice of meat or vegetables. Mix it with oil and liberally coat the meat and or vegetables 30 minutes before your braai. Add to roast potatoes or mix with cream cheese and use as a potato or bread dip.
• The Ancho Coffee BBQ : Deriving its name from the Spanish term for ‘wide’, the ancho chili meets coffee BBQ flavour for a sweet and savoury taste sensation. Rub over cuts of beef, chicken or lamb before caramelising on the braai. Use as a seasoning, rub or marinade. 
• The Korean BBQ:  Bring sweet and savoury Korean flavours to your braai. Lightly coat thin strips of steak with soy sauce and sesame oil,. Generously sprinkle with the Korean BBQ seasoning and marinate the steak strips overnight. Braai or grill the steak at a medium heat and enjoy with kimchi and rice.
