A delicious hot beef curry wrapped in a flaky, Cape Malay-style roti is one of those classic food combinations that's always a winner, and tasty to boot. We added a sachet of tangy tomato and chilli sauce to complete the taste adventure.

Our rotis are freshly made using butter and traditional methods. Some charring may be present on the rotis.

HOW TO USE

• Microwave 3 minutes 30 seconds.
• Air fry for 10 - 12 minutes.
• Drizzle rotis with tangy tomato and chilli sauce or use as a dipping sauce.
• Serve on its own or also delicious with a tomato and onion salsa, add chopped chilli for extra heat.
