Authentic Italian pasta made with durum wheat, semolina and free range eggs.

HOW TO USE

• Cooks in 4 minutes on stovetop
• Best served with a creamy roux, made by melting 2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan, then whisking in 2 tablespoons of flour and gradually adding 1 cup of milk. Stir in 1 teaspoon of mild blue cheese for extra flavour. Finish with a generous amount of freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano or Italian hard cheese.
