A delicious mild chicken curry wrapped in a flaky, Cape Malay-style roti is one of those classic food combinations that's always a winner, and tasty to boot. We added a sachet of coriander raita to complete the taste adventure.

Our rotis are freshly made using butter and traditional methods. Some charring may be present on the rotis due to the high cooking temperature.

HOW TO USE

• Microwave 3 minutes 30 seconds.
• Air fry for 10 - 12 minutes
• Drizzle rotis with raita dressing or use as a dipping sauce.
• Also delicious with a tomato and onion salsa, add chopped chilli for extra heat.
