Quality red and white grapes were used to make this Demi Sec MCC.  This wine has been made using the traditional sparkling wine process of second fermentation and maturation on the yeast in this bottle. An off-dry MCC with rich fruit flavours, a yeasty complexity and a fresh fruity acidity.
