Our Ayrshire Pearls Mozzarella is made to a traditional recipe where the curds are spun and cut. They are neutral and milky mini balls.

HOW TO USE

• Adds creaminess and texture. Subtle on its own, but a great flavour enhancer and carrier for your favourite dish.
• Combine rosa tomatoes, pearl mozzarella balls, fresh basil leaves and toasted pine nuts. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil and serve with toasted artisanal bread. Alternatively, use as a topping for pasta or roasted vegetables.
